Status disappearing on backlog view

Alfredo Vidueira February 14, 2025

I'm currently encountering an issue with the Status field disappearing on Backlog and Jira issue views.

This behaviour occurs when clicking the issue, here is a video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RxwBzwonuaVJj1q744WjnocKfQ4qVIym/view?usp=sharing

Only is happening on 2 new projects I just created, older projects works fine.

Anyone know how to resolve it?

Hi @Alfredo Vidueira

I created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1104014

I have seen other reports of this behavior in team managed projects.  Our team is investigating this.

For other users that encounter this, I would recommend creating a support ticket in https://support.atlassian.com/contact if you are a site-admin of a paid plan site.   If you are on a free plan, you won't be able to do create this yourself, but let me know if you are affected and I will try to create a support case on your behalf.

I have a similar issue in the Backlog. The summary info for some tickets is missing (other tickets that have summary are redacted.

Hi Alfedo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I have not seen that before. Does it happen with other users in your organization? Maybe try it with a different browser or with Incognito mode to see if it still does it. If so, let us now here.

Hi John,

Thank you for your response!

Its really strange, it also happens with other users of my org, we tried with Brave and Chrome browsers and Incognito mode.

We also tried creating a test project:
