×I'm currently encountering an issue with the Status field disappearing on Backlog and Jira issue views.
This behaviour occurs when clicking the issue, here is a video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RxwBzwonuaVJj1q744WjnocKfQ4qVIym/view?usp=sharing
Only is happening on 2 new projects I just created, older projects works fine.
Anyone know how to resolve it?
I created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1104014
I have seen other reports of this behavior in team managed projects. Our team is investigating this.
For other users that encounter this, I would recommend creating a support ticket in https://support.atlassian.com/contact if you are a site-admin of a paid plan site. If you are on a free plan, you won't be able to do create this yourself, but let me know if you are affected and I will try to create a support case on your behalf.
Andy
Thank you Andy, if you need more information let me know 👍🏻

Hi Alfedo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I have not seen that before. Does it happen with other users in your organization? Maybe try it with a different browser or with Incognito mode to see if it still does it. If so, let us now here.
