I am looking to use the JIRA Slakc integration for creating support tickets based on a conversation about a bug. That said, I would like to edit the fields available / required.
Right now the options are:

Summary
Description
Assignee
Parent Epic
Components
Priority
Labels
Environment
I want it to only display and REQUIRE:
Project - Auto to "Bugs"
Issue - To only 2 options
Summary
Description
Customer Name
Priority
Environment
