Simple Escalation

Hey All

I was just wondering if anyone has used the Simple Escalation Script that is in the JIRA Manual. And if so how do you go about implementing it as a service with in JIRA as the manual states that you can run it as a service with in JIRA.

Also would be interesting to hear from people that have implemented some kind of escalation in their JIRA Enviroment and how they went about doing this.

Thats cool. I was more talking about this certain piece of code http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA042/Simple+Escalation

That apears to be in another langauge though. Was wondering if its possible to run that certain code as a jelly script as it says that certain piece of code can be run as a service within JIRA.
