Sharing Advanced Roadmaps with Jira user groups

Kate Secor September 19, 2024

We are using Jira user groups as a way of controlling access to our projects. Our users would like to be able to share the Advanced Roadmaps for those projects with those users groups, so that they don't have to constantly be going in and fiddling with the shares.

I seem to be able to do this with my admin login, but my user can't. Is there a permission I'm missing somewhere, or is this feature not available to non-admin users?

Hi Kate,

It is possible. Go to Plan configuration, then permission section (1), then add some lead user in Edit field (2), so after this he can manage plan access section.

Also pay attention to the global Advanced Roadmaps permissions. By default it looks like:

Hope it will help you!
