Set fields in a predefined URL

Hello,

We would like to be able to send our users a direct link to open a Jira with the following predefined attributes:
Jira Project: DI Tools
Component: Cloud Tools
Reporter: user name
Assign to: Mickey Mouse

Then, we will be able to send the following mail to users:
"For cloud support issue, please open a Jira using <URL_YOU_WILL_SUPPLY>"

and these Jira will have these details set up correctly.

Is this possible to implement?

you should be able to do this though I have not attempted. You would need to use a unique issuetype, then using post functions on the create transition set all of the values you need. Here is a thread that discusses the direct link that might help.
