Hi @Zeeshan Haider 

It is possible for an Atlassian account to be a member of multiple organizations.

Your organization may have added you to this second organization, but I think in your case, you may have accidentally created a new organization while trying to log in to your account. This is a common mistake among users.

I am the admin of our organization and I don't see any other organization that I have created........
