Hi Community,
I used "Scriptrunner Behaviours" to update the description field of our issue-types accordingly to our company specifications. It works perfectly fine, when creating issues as an internal user.
External users can use a partner portal to create issues to get to our Jira-mask. Everything works fine there, fields and design are shown accordingly. So the only thing that doesn't update is the prefilled Description-field I used Scriptrunner for.
It is the same for different kinds of issue-types. Any suggestions what could be the problem here? Is there anything that I may have overlooked when setting this up...
Thanks for you help,
best regards,
Robert
Hi RM,
Behaviours on Cloud are currently only supported on the global issue create screen and can only be configured on company managed software projects. This is the reason why the behaviour that works internally is not working on the partner portal. You can check what functions are currently supported for Behaviours in the documentation here.
Best regards,
