In the Chronology section, there is no alert for tickets with an overlapping date with 2 unrelated tickets, but which have the same resource (person in charge of the ticket). Is this normal?

Hi @Steven DANTAS and welcome to the Community!

Just based on your input, I would be tempted to say "Yes", this is normal. If you are using a free version of Jira, using the built-in timeline view with no marketplace apps installed, you don't have a resource planning tool in your hands. The timeline is a visual representation of the start and end dates on the issues in your project, with also a view of issue links representing a relationship or dependency between them. It is nothing more.

If you do have a resource / capacity app installed, it would help us if you could mention which one it is and share more details about your specific scenario.

Hope this helps!
