Hi there,

I was using the Jira Free plan and accidentally added more than 10 people to my team. I had assumed that only users with specific roles would count towards the limit, but now my project has been deactivated. 😞 Is there any way I can remove extra members from my team to reactivate the project?

Thank you!

Hi @George Gagniashvili

What do you mean by deactivated? The project is missing? deleted? you cannot go inside the project and see the Jira issues?

if you're on the Free plan and exceed the user limit,  you'll automatically be upgraded to a 14-day free trial of the Standard plan.

You can go back to Free if you deactivate users in admin.atlassian.com and you can move between Free to standard and back to free under the Billing section.

Regards

Aaron
