I am Using Jira Software.
I had Set up Incoming mail with Created users Option.
When User[ Have both Software & Service Desk License] created a ticket, ticket got created. But reporter is not getting a Notification mail regarding Ticket.
Checked Notification helper, Status Is Positive. Saying that User will get notification.
But User(reporter) is not getting Notification mail.

By default, reporter doesn't get notification mail when they create a ticket.

Are you saying that reporter will not get a Issue Created mail ??
Note : My reporter is a Licensed User
In that case he must get a Issue Created Notification Right !! That is what I am not Geeting
