Renewing Support & Transitioning to OnDemand

My company has a Hosted JIRA/Confluence environment. Our support license is coming up for renewal, and we would like to renew while at the same time migrate our environment to OnDemand.

Do we simply need to renew our JIRA/Confluence licenses like we normally do, or is there an extra step required to convert them over to "OnDemand" JIRA/Confluence licenses?

Hi Chris

Besides contacting Sales to change your license type. You will have to upgrade your current JIRA/Confluence instances to the last version before importing to OnDemand, once they always have the newest version of JIRA hosted.
