Regex - jira automation - trigger rule based on word in description

Hi Community,

I just started playing around with regex in automation rules but cannot make it work.

I am trying to update the "request type" field if description contains "Priority: Medium"

The test case does contact this text among a lot of other text but when changing the priority, i get this error in the log: "The following issues did not match the condition"

Anyone who can help?

Hello @Theis Joergensen ,

Can you try the expression Priority:Medium instead of (Priority:Medium)
