What is the corresponding jql between Jira Server and Cloud?

Gianluca Galletta May 27, 2022

In Jira Server, the JQL to create a scope for customers is

Account IN accountsByCustomer($customerName)

What is the corresponding jql in Jira Cloud? I can't find any solution.

Thank you

Hi @Gianluca Galletta ,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I believe you are referring to the Tempo JQL functions, the list of available functions for cloud is here.

Probably you need to use:

Account.customer = "Name of Customer"

Thank you, that's what I was looking for!
