Hi! I really need help with permissions. I feel like I've added all possible access to all users now and nothing makes me able to add a new column to our board because I can not create a status.
I'm an org admin and have now added myself to all projects and given myself all accesses.
I just don't get why it's not working. And mostly I really don't get why I don't already have all permissions since I'm an org admin. I've read through a bunch of threads but can't find any concrete changes I need to do. Please help.

Can you provide a more complete view of the Columns and Status page? Specifically I'm interested in the areas highlighted by red arrows in the image below. Do you see the plus-sign button to the right of the last column? What does it say for Workflow type?

Based on the screen images you are working with a Team Managed project.
To add a Status you need to modify the Workflow(s) for the issues. Refer to this documentation for information on managing workflows in Team Managed projects:
