Hello there,

I wanted to add a project to our Jira Scrum Board.

So I went to the board settings and adjusted the filter used there. The project is now even listed under the topic "Projects on the Board".

However, the project is still not shown in the backlog, what could be the reason for this?

When I use the filter normally, all content is displayed as desired.

I hope someone can help me!

Hi @Philipp Becker ,

what defines your backlog? For example let's say that a status of to do is used to define your backlog. Then if this new project you've added does not have a to do status that could be one reason.

if that isn't the cars can you please share your filter as well as information about your current backlog and the new project?

@Jack Brickey Awesome! Thank you very much, for the quick answer. That helped a lot.

The Project was in the Filter but were not assigned to the defined areas in the backlog. :-)
