Hi @Nghi Nguyen
I understand you are trying to access this project setting, but are receiving this error. This is a Service project. However your Atlassian Cloud site does not currently have a Jira Service Management (JSM) subscription. That is why you are seeing this error.
You will need to at least add back some JSM subscription (it could be the free plan) to your site. Once you do that, this project should then let you reach this page correctly, provided your account has product access to JSM.
You can try to reactivate JSM by going into the admin.atlassian.com under the billing console and selecting to add new product.
Try that and let me know if you run into any problems there.
Andy
Hi Andy, thanks for reaching out. I followed your instructions and saw that under Products, JSM was already listed, but it's deactivated. When I click on Contact us for help, I filled out the form but there was no submit button. Instead, there's an activation guide which I followed but it's essentially it's the same as filling the form in the screenshot.
Can you help further?
Thanks
Nghi

Try clicking the "Need more help" link on that form, it should allow you to submit a ticket to our CA team (Customer Advocates). That team can reactivate subscriptions. It might be you cannot self-service this, in which case, we would need to create a CA ticket in order to process it.

@Andy Heinzer I contacted support via your "Need more help" and they were able to assist. It's all sorted now, so thanks a lot.

@Nghi NguyenTry adding yourself with the Administrator role under the Access > People and Access settings section. I’ve encountered a similar issue before, and for some reason, this approach worked even though I already had Product Admin access.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion but I am already Admin and the issue is still there.

Hi @Nghi Nguyen
There are some minot outage on Jira regarding the Atlassian Statuspage.
But it seems to be on Automation.
Nonetheless, if the issue is still present you can raise a support ticket to Atlassian

Hi,
Welcome to the community!
Have you tried another browser, to rule out any caching issues? Is the 'Details' tab the only tab that isn't working?

Thanks. Same issue with another browser and same issue is faced by another user on the project. Yes, it's only the Details tab that isn't working.

Thanks for checking!
As we can't help you with your own environment specifically (we don't have access to it as we are regular users just like you, not Atlassian employees), it might be helpful to have someone from Atlassian check it out.
Since your ticket states that you're on the Free subscription it likely means you won't be able to raise a support ticket with Atlassian directly. However, I've asked someone from Atlassian Support to have a look at your case to rule out any apparent bugs. It might take a couple business days for them to respond here. Please do add your updates if something changes!
