Hello, I want to create several levels in hierarchy

1) Issue type Initiative - leve 1 - can span across mulitple Jira projects

2) Initiative can have multiple epics  - Can span across mulitple Jira projects

3) Epics can have stories , bugs , task ( twill fall under epic and will be part of one project only)

4) Stories,bugs , tasks will have sub-tasks

I altered the hierarchy but I am not seeing the changes are being reflected. How do I make this possible?

Hello @Naziya Parveen

Please show us the Issue Type Hierarchy configuration you have created.

When you say the changes are not being reflected, exactly what do you mean by that? What are you expecting to see? Where are you expecting to see it?

What type of projects are you using? Get that information from the Type column of the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
