Hi,
I've not been able to find an answer to this. I'm running JIRA Software version 7.5.1 on RHEL 7.4 server.
This is what we see in the Project's view of any project:
I'm told that in the circled area there should be an option for "Sprints" and "Backlog", they're not there and I'm not sure how to add or enabled them. This is the case whether the project is created as Basic Software or Scrum Software.
Also in the top menu, there is no option for "Boards"... is this something we should have under this version of JIRA Software, or are there any add-ons that will enable what we're missing?
Thank you.
Hi Charlie,
I would first start by taking a look at Agile Sidebar Missing Backlog and Active Sprint Menu. There was a workaround from a previous issue that may be causing this to occur in the current version:
Re-enable the board-scope-filter
module:
Locate JIRA Agile and expand the modules
board-scope-filter
module and enable itIf this is happening to a select group of people verify their Application Access:
Administration > Applications > Application Access
.Next I would try a background re-index. Finally, take a look at the logs and see if you can find anything around startup that is related and you can post the snippet here for assistance.
Cheers,
Branden
