We have priorities setup correctly as 1-5, with 1 being critical. When customers try to select the priority in the request form, the priorities are out of order. 5 is in the second position in the dropdown list and all the others are pushed down. How do we get the priorities to show in the same order we've put them in?
It appears to have been reported to Atlassian - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-85242
Cheers for the link @Sue Lund !

Hi NoName,
What is the Default value for the Priority list? And can you share some screenshots?

Hello @NoName
Are you using forms in your software or service project?

Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking.
When customers submit a Jira service request, they fill out the information and one of the fields is Priority. This is where the list is unordered.

@Nikola Perisic
I am having the same issue.
The priority order starts with SEV 1 - Critical, but in an incident ticket, the first one is Blocker.
