Hello @ConnectIN Consulting

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you working with a free Confluence instance or one where the subscription is paid?

Are you the Organization Admin, the Product/site admin, or the Billing contact for the site?

What happens when you try to access the information? If you get a message, what is the message?

It is possible the administrators of the instance have revoked your permissions. It is possible that the owners of the subscription have cancelled the subscription. It is possible, if it was a free subscription, that if there has been no activity in the instance for 120 days or longer, then the subscription was cancelled by Atlassian due to inactivity.

The details of the message you get will help us guide you towards a solution. All solutions will likely require help from your instance administrators, which we are not.

Hi @Trudy Claspill

That was actually a free version, and yes for some reason had a vacation for a 6 months and never been opened. Can you help me to revert it back all my informations stored in there?

Thanks in advance

Hello @ConnectIN Consulting

I am not an Atlassian employee, so I would not be able to help.

Regardless, that data cannot be restored at this point.

When a Free version of the product is inactive for 120 days, Atlassian deactivates the product. After a specified data retention period of time, the data is permanently deleted. That period of time is 15 days or 60 days, depending on the Billing experience applied to your site.

Before the deactivation and during the data retention period emails are sent to the Billing contact for the product warning of the upcoming deactivation and permanent deletion of the data.

If it has been 6 months of inactivity then your data has been permanently deleted.
