Hello,
I am able to successfully login to Jira with managed Microsoft account email (prashant.bhide@ralphlauren.com) and two factor authentication.
However, I am unable to get past the "Verify your email" popup because the expected verification code emails never reach my inbox/junk/spam folders. I have tried several times using the "Resend verification code" link as well, but haven't received any verification code emails so far.
I understand from similar community discussions that this may happen if my email somehow ended up on any Atlassian internal bounce/block/suppression lists. Please can anyone help to check and resolve this?

If you are not an admin, let an admin of the instance raise a ticket for you.
