I am not receiving Jira notifications emails for some months now. I thought it is a problem with my Jira board but that is not the case as I am not getting any email alert from any board.
I have thoroughly checked my spam and all emails but there are no emails
This is very critical as I don't get updates on my tickets which causes a lot of problem for me in getting timely reply.

If you or any of your user are not receiving any emails from Atlassian, you need to open a support ticket with Atlassian to check the email address to see if it is on the Suppression list at Atlassian.
