Not receiving any email notifications for any of my JIRA projects

I am not receiving any email notifications for JIRA tickets in my projects. I have checked my notification settings and they look correct (see screenshot below).  I also do not have any outlook rules in place that would archive or delete the messages when they come in.  Can you please help?

Our app Notification Assistant for Jira is an alternative to managing notifications in Jira.

It allows you to fully customize your notification rules and templates, as well as providing ad hoc email sending from within Jira issues.

Welcome to community!

  • Could you check whether your email client has some rules moving the notifications to other folders/junk?
  • Any email organizational policy blocking you to receive these emails?
  • Tested with other users in your team?
