No puedo realizar el pago con ningún método

Jira rechazo mi tarjeta de credito para hacer el pago y cuento con saldo, la tarjeta esta activa, agregue una nueva pero tampoco me dejo pagar.

Alguien sabe a que se debe esto

Hi @Marcela Tarazona welcome to the community!  I apologize for any problems with the translation.  As most of the people here are product users, I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian Support and select the "Billing, payments and pricing" option.  

That group is better suited to help you with your payment issue.
