Needs help on Jira 4.4 upgrade from jira 4.3

I have installed jira 4.3 with evaluation licenece and it is working fine. Now I want to upgrade it to Jira 4.4. I download the fbin ile but it is showing the following error

/root/atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin.7057.dir/jre/bin/java: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

I have disable all the plugins . But this is not running. Plz help

You are running x64 binary on 32bit system.

Try atlassian-jira-4.4-x32.bin

You should raise a support request on https://support.atlassian.com/

Include system details and full logs as suggested above.

And put the JIRA log file here would also help :)
