My team don't see tasks after assignment on our board

I've created board for my team, team members can see tasks that are assigned to them but they don't see tasks after assigning  on me.

I've set filters for board so that We can see only issues dedicated for team and projects that we are participating in.

I've set my team members as editors. Filters had been saved. 

So when I assign task to team member then he can see task, and if he/she assign to me for verification, taks is unavailable on kanban board for team member.

I, as a board Owner, can see all issues.

How can I manage my board so that everyone from team could see all available issues even they are not on them?

What exactly are the board settings?  I mean, can you tell us what the board filter is (look in board configuration -> general).  Do you have any quick-filters set up?
