My epics aren't saving

I've created a new Jira project and bulked moved existing tasks across.

However, when creating epics in my new project's backlog, these aren't saving. There is no error - they initially appear in my epic list, and I can initially navigate to existing tickets and assign a parent-epic.  However, they then disappear completely, both from my epic list, and from the tickets themselves.

Is there anything I could try to troubleshoot this?

Hello @Andriana Iacovou

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you able to access the Epics by searching for them by their issue key? Do the Epic issues still exist or have they been deleted? For instance if they have been automatically moved to another project, then they may no longer display on the board and their links to child issues may be removed.

Do you have any Automation Rules that could be causing these changes? You can see the Audit Log listing all rule executions from this page on your Jira instance:

/jira/settings/automation#/tab/audit-log?page=1
