Hi @Ram Raj
It looks like you have a stacktrace message in the logs. This would tend to indicate this is either a Jira Server or Jira Data Center instance, as you wouldn't have access to such kinds of logs in Jira Cloud.
From a cursory look at that stacktrace, it appears that Jira is unable to load a section of plugin code. From looking at the names of the packages, I can recognize that the plugin in question here seems to be related to Jira Advanced Roadmaps (previously known as Jira Portfolio). If that plugin is not licensed with a current and valid license, then it would explain the behavior seen here.
Jira Data Center has bundled that plugin with versions since 8.0 if memory serves. However Jira Server could run this plugin, it would have required a separate license for that plugin. If Jira Data Center license has expired, it would also possibly explain this behavior, but when a DC license expires, Jira becomes mostly unusable. Whereas when a commercial server license expires, the product should continue to work at that version, you just cannot upgrade.
Do you have a SEN number for either Jira Server or Jira Data Center? If so, then we would want to create a support ticket to better help here. If not, then knowing more about your current licensing might help to identify the source of the problem here.

Hi @Ram Raj Can you let me know what is the deployment type of your Jira like single server or multi node Jira datacenter as from the above logs it does not state much. Did you check the application logs for any Out of Memory error or any thread stuck as such.
