Hi,

One of my questions is is whether we should combine all our Projects into a single project or have multiple projects. What are the benefit of single and multiple projects.

Many thanks in advanced

Hi,

It depends on what are yours expectations ? what type of project do you want ? Business, developement ?

How much different teams will work on the project(s)

Hi Mohamed,

we are standing exactly at the same point and trying to analyse if the switch to mono Jira project would be beneficial to us.

So we are a team of software developers with a bit over 50 developer.

Within this team we are divided into smaller product teams, which the scope of the products is mostly not similar.

All the products have one thing in common, which is they are based on an internal project, in which we store all the reusable components that can be consumed in multiple products.

Couple of months ago we switched to monorepo in GitLab and since then the idea of applying the same structure in Jira is being analyzed.

From your point of view @Mohamed Benziane which jira project setup (single or mono project) could be the best in our case and why?

If you need any further information, I will be happy to provide more.

Thank you in advance.

We want one common projects/email address . Is this feasible
