Hi, we need to migrate a JIRA Studio instance to another one. We need to keep all the information we have and we wonder if this is a task we need atlassian staff to get involved to, maybe by generating a support request, or if we need to export our information to then import it on the 2nd existing instance?

Yes, you need to open a Support Request at https://support.atlassian.com so a Support Engineer will schedule this for you. This is because we have a great amount of Import Requests, so we need to schedule to make sure the task will be properly done.
