Make at least one field mandatory

Is there a way (via scripting I assume) to make at least one field mandatory?

So I've got the Fields Apple, Orange and Banana which are drop down single choice lists with the Options

Apple - Apple juice, Apple pie

Orange - Orange juice, Orange pie

Banana - Banana juice, Banana pie

The user HAS to choose at least one, but it doesn't matter which one.

Also, if he chooses Juice anywhere in the three options he has to agree that it comes in bottles. This is a Checkbox field with only the option "I agree"
