Losing authentication constantly

Hi,

I have got JIRA and Stash integrated on my server, and I am finding that whenever (in JIRA) i clicked to view the git branch associated with issue, I lose my authentication with JIRA. I also keep losing it when I am going through the Application Link settings.

Is this normal? Because it's very annoying. Or am I doing something wrong with how i've got the authentication setup? (should be able to see how it's setup in the video)
