Hello! I created a issue type called meeting minutes and want to list the meeting attendees and their job title in the record, but I can't find the suitable field to let the reporter select the attendees. Could you please help to find the field I can use?

Hi @Yancong.Shen ,

Welcome to the Community! That's an interesting use case. Have you thought of using a user picker (multiple users) custom field? You can create a new custom field from the Jira settings-> Issues-> Custom Fields-> create custom field.

Thank you, @Carlos Garcia Navarro ! I try to use the multiple users picker, but it only display the names. If the field can also display the job title, it will be fantastic.

Take a step back, can I use any field to create a table to let me input the user name and job title?
