Kanban board - filters

I've created a label within my tickets on my kanban board but when i search through quick filters it is not recognized. 

How do i create labels are filters or why is it not being filtered.

Hi Candy

It's not clear to me what you mean by "when i search through quick filters it is not recognized".

So you've created a label of let's say abc by adding it to at least one issue. You then go to Board settings and select Quick Filters. Are you then not able to set up the Quick Filter that checks for this label? Or are you able to do that but it doesn't show any issues when you select that filter on the board?
