Kanban board configuration in jira not showing

Ward Schwillens_ Schwillie June 16, 2017

When I want to go into the configuration of certain, but not all, of my configured Kanban Boards, the configuration page is not being loaded.

I re-indexed, Re-started, I increased allocated memory settings from min 384M to min 768M and max from 768M to 2048M and restarted again. No solution.

My Jira software is running at version 7.3.5.

Anyone had the same issue already? Any solutions?

See below screenshots. Thank you for your reactions!

Hi,

We are experiencing the same issue on 8.5.5 Jira Server, did you have any success in resolving this?

Hi Ward,

We're experiencing the same issue and we're on 8.5.11 Server. Was a resolution found for this?

Thanks!

Hi Ward,

I would start by going to the board configuration and reproducing the issue.  When that happens see if there is anything in the JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out or the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log that can be of use.

If not the next step would be to create a HAR file and see if that provide any clues to what's going on.

If you find anything in the logs and you want help interpreting it paste the relevant snippet here.

Cheers,

Branden
