Started happening on one of our nodes, the node becomes unreachable. Doesnt seem to be a pattern to this. A reboot solves it, and so does a stop and start of the jira service. The service appears to be running fine when this happens. Any suggestions of where to look next? Using redhat.

Thanks

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should get your administrators to read the logs to see why the service is failing to serve.  Start with <Jira data>/logs/atlassian-jira.log, then check the other logs in that directory, and then <jira install>/log/catalina.out to see if the problem is with Tomcat rather than Jira.
