Jira structure gantt - dates aren't align

Hello, 

I'm using Jira structure gantt to visualize our work plan, and for some reason, when I update the dates of a task on the Gantt, it won't update the Jira field for start date/end date (I've configured it in the configuration, attached pic)\

I have tried manual scheduling and automatic scheduling and in both cases I have the same problem. 

what can be the problem?

Hello @Mor 

It looks like the scheduling mode for this task was manually switched to Auto by someone.  When a task is scheduled automatically, its defined Start & Finish dates are not being considered. You can change it by toggling the Mode button in the task's details window on the chart. 

If the dates still don't match after this, please also check that there are no Slices configured with alternative scheduling settings.
