When we call up the Kanban board and select the filter, the system initially shows no results, but indicates that all filters should be deleted. If you do this and select the filter again, the results are displayed correctly. Unfortunately, deleting the cache does nothing, but there seems to be a filter "hanging" in the background. The board has a lot of filters.
Does anyone have an idea what's the reason for this behaviour?
Hi @Caroline Bluhm , does you project have multiple agile boards?
A kanban board only has one filter and - if applicable - a sub-filter.
So I don't really understand your statement "the board has a lot of filters".
Thanks to clarify.
Hi Dave, sorry for that, what I had in mind were "quick filters".

Thanks for the clarification Caroline.
Are your quick filters based on JQL queries? Do you have a result or errors when running these queries via issue search? I assume you are working in a company-managed project, correct?

Yes, they are based on JQL queries, which have perfect results when running via issue search. The thing is, it's just one quick filter, which is empty and always says "Issues are currently filtered - clear all filters" when I select it first. When I clear all filters and select it again, it works perfectly. I try to delete the filter now and add it again. Maybe that helps...
