Jira software load pictures and pages slowly recently

Why jira load pictures and attachments slowaly recently, it takes about 1.5 mins to load one page with few content.

Pictures and attachments often shows 'loading'.

Are you trying to load a standard Jira page (dashboard, board, issue, ...) or a page from a third-party app?

Standard Jira pages, like most issue pages.

If you are absolutely sure this is not related to your browser, workstation or network, you may need to submit a support request with Atlassian directly to have this investigated.

Are the attachments/images supported file types? Have they been added to the issue via Browse or Drag/Drop?

Yes, most attachments are image file type and are added by clicking 'upload attachment' in the issue page.

We did cross-testing with multi devices and network, still suffring from this.
