Reaching out here as I've not found anything like this issue mentioned anywhere. Every few hours when I am using Jira I get the error "You don't have access to this issue" appearing in place of the card for the issue.
I have access to the project, I believe I'm set as the owner of the project. And it clears after doing a full page refresh, but it's becoming more and more frequent that is appears.
Any suggestions as to what could be causing it?
Hi @Daniel Woodward Welcome to the Community!
Please check the project permissions and then add yourself to the appropriate project role.
Also, check if there is any issue security level applied for the issues.
If it is a JSM project then you should have enabled the JSM Agent license and added it to the project role "Service Desk Team"
Hi, So I do have permission to view all of the issues and normally it is working. It's just that every now and again it's coming up with this error.
No changes to permission are required to get it to show, just a refresh of the page. It's like it's caching something and not refreshing.
