Hi @a_stepien welcome to the community. Do other users have the same issue? Have you tried another PC? Have you also tried another network? (Like going to a coffee shop and trying it there). The idea is to eliminate some variables that could be contributing to the cause.
Are you using a VPN or any sort of firewall?
If after trying those things, your System Administrator could contact Atlassian Support to see if there's something going on with your instance that's preventing access.
