Hello,
Is it possible to increase the limit of worklogs that can be in one ticket? In the company we use them to create reports and because of the limit we have to create new tickets which is problematic. The archive option will not solve our problem.
Hi, @Maciej Owsiany
Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, Jira Cloud does not offer a way to limit worklogs based on a pre-defined number of hours. If you want to add this ability, you need to look for a marketplace solution. If you are open to that, I recommend Mindpro Deliver (I am a product leader at Mindpro).
The app allows you to create delivery plans for the teams, establish the planned hours, and determine what each team will work on and how many hours each team will execute.
Then, you create the issues and tie them to the related plan/account so users can log time informing the team, hours, description, etc. When you reach the account total hours, you can choose to block new worklogs:
The system allows you to block worklogs in other situations, such as closed/expired plans, submitted timesheets, etc.
I hope that helps.
Regards,
Eduardo

As per the latest update in the article
Are you saying you have more than 10,000 worklogs on an issue or with the new limits it will suffice?
Can you elaborate what is the issue that you face when creating multiple issues?
