We are having an issue where people try to create new tickets and it just sits there spinning and never gives them the ticket window. IT doesn’t happen to everyone and it doesnt happen to the same person all the time.
So I guess the question is do you have any idea why this would be happening?
Is this happening only for creating an issue or the whole instance is having performance problems in different parts of the application?
