Jira cloud how to find / track Sprint start and end dates

Hi all,

I'm using SQL connector to unload all Jira tables into local db and can not find any information about Sprint  start/end fields.  I understand that that it might be specific to this 3rd party product (by Alphaserve).
But anybody knows how I can find and track those fields inside the Jira cloud, thinking to use those fields to assign it to my new custom field which will be available in db.

Just worry that this information is well hidden  on system level somewhere in Jira.
Maybe you know some secret about those fields in Jira, thinking they might be too deep hidden on a system level.

Appreciate your comments

Best

Hello @Ratom

Did you review the data schema documentation provided by the SQL Connector app vendor?

https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SQL/pages/2703524903/Data+Schema#Jira-Software

The Sprint start and end data information is shown in the upper right corner.

Hi Trudy, yes,  don't see this table, it might specific to their process.  I don't see main table SPRINTS after export. And I did export selecting all categories, only have those related tables.

If you use this App  how you setup your export?

I used <Jira Software tab> for export settings and selected all Sprint related boxes.
Will check it again.

Thanks

I do not use the app.

Looking at the documentation again, what did you select when specifying your data source?

Thanks Trudy,

Sorry for late reply. Problem solved, I choose Jira source where we have Sprint tables.

Are you using the Jira product or the Jira Service Management product?

Do you currently use Scrum boards with any of your projects?
