Jira Version More Updated

I currently work with Atlassian Jira Project Management Software version v7.12.1. Could anyone tell me all the changes and improvements, line-by-line,  that were made to the most recent version of this same software? I need to justify a possible update in the budget. Regards;

But also notice there are SEVERAL security fixes it's important to consider. Hence upgrading to the latest LTS version is recommended.

I'm going to point you to the release notes for Jira Core.  The amount of changes for a period of over 6 years is just too numerous.
