Jira Priority depending on issue type selected

Please advise if it is possible to have different priorities show up in the drop down on the view screen depending on the issue type. For example when I select bug I only should see major and minor. When I select story I should only see minor.

Hi @Joe 

I do not believe that is possible with out-of-the-box Jira.  Here are a couple of suggestions to add the feature, one for server and one for cloud.  You may vote for/watch them to see progress.
