Hello community!
I am administrating/configuring a Jira 4.3.2 instance. My problem is on a project's summary screen. The "Issues: 30 Day Summary" graph does not update appropriately. It accurately reflects when issues are created (red dots and line), but not when issues are resolved (green dots and line). The resolved issues count remains at 0, yet there are a dozen resolved and closed issues in the project.
I feel like this is a configuration issue on the project, but am unsure of how to fix it. All "resolve issue" transitions in the associated workflow fire an Issue Resolved event, and all "close issue" transitions in the workflow fire an Issue Closed event. Is there an additional step that needs to be taken?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Did you have any customised resolution value: Unresolved? If you do, this will affect the accuracy of the graph because JIRA has the built-in resolution value 'Unresolved' and most of the time, users are not aware of this and created another value called 'Unresolved'. Also, don't hesitate to give it a try to perform a re-index and see whether this is still persists.
Thank you! I had disabled 'Resolution' in the field configuration. Is there, by chance, a way to create a new custom field that behaves the same as Resolution?
