Jira Cloud for Sheets not update daily

Hi, I have some files in Google Sheet that should be updated daily from Jira. At first it worked fine, but now suddenly it updates every few days randomly for no reason. I need it to be updated every morning, I would appreciate the help, thanks.

Hi @Noam Roznitz ,

Are you using Jira Cloud for Google Sheets add-on to pull issues from Jira to the worksheet?

If so, can you check the configuration on Schedule tab within the app? There are options for app to pull new data hourly, daily, manually... If multiple people have access to the same worksheet, it might be that someone else is pulling data manually every few days as you said (if they have permissions).

hey Tom, yes i'm using Jira Cloud for Google Sheets add-on.

the schedule not working well. you can look at the screenshot, the last update was 2 days ago, and it should be daily.

Hmm, indeed. At first, I thought that if there were no changes in the scope, it wouldn't pull data all over again. However, I don't think that the app actually looks at scope changes but rather refreshes the worksheet based on a defined period/schedule. 

I've just set one integration on an hourly schedule so I'll see how it will behave.

Additionally, I've found this open bug related to this app/integration: API-563 Scheduled updates fails intermittently on Jira Cloud for Google Sheets so you might want to check that and cast a vote if you believe that affects you as well.
Also, you might want to reach out to Atlassian Support as they could maybe provide some additional information.
