Jira Checklist URL new tab automatically

Hi,

how do ich add a link to a Jira checklist, so that it will be open automatically in a new tab?

I found this:

But this opens in the same tab :(

Please no plugins, I cannot install any of them :(

@Matthias there is not a way to specify it to open in a new window.
