Hello,

Can anyone explain to me why I am getting such error:

"License Expired! Please purchase a renewal of your JSU app license to receive updates and support"

How and why JSU related to workflows ? if I remove it then what happens?

Can anyone explain and help?

Hi Jaan,

generally Sysadmins get the expiration Information some days before it expired. So you have time to reneval your trial licence or get an offer to buy the licence. Your trial Licence ended at 29-10-2019 so the Message is ok. What happens when you remove it? Try it in your Test-Environment. Disable the Plugin. Where you use it can only you know. Look in the Marketplace Overview and pricing FAQ and in the documentation. The actuall JSU functions only works with a valid licence. When you buy a licence the plugin functions works until your JIRA version is compatible without reneval.
